DiDi showed hunter on the A show circuit in Southern California. Nearly a decade of apprenticeship to FEI trainer Kerstin Albrecht and several years of working under 3-time Olympian Guenter Seidel helped fine-tune her understanding of horsemanship, the significance of correct schooling of the gaits, and a deep appreciation for classical riding. Didi was drawn to dressage and its focus on a horse’s athletic ability and harmony with its rider. Since her relocation to Ohio two years ago, Didi has assisted in breaking and finishing horses at Walker Training Stables and advanced her knowledge of horses by taking western pleasure and huntseat as well as natural horsemanship lessons from a variety of trainers in central Ohio. Didi now shares her skills teaching beginner through intermediate students interested in learning the basics of classic dressage and jumping at Field of Dreams. |
